A Family farm in Brooksville, Florida
Here, every good thing begins with healthy grass, well-cared-for animals, and work done by hand.
Irish Acres is a family-run raw milk farm in Brooksville, Florida, serving our neighbors in Hernando County and families who visit from across the Tampa Bay area. Our Jersey cows give naturally rich A2A2 raw milk, which becomes heavy cream, butter, kefir, yogurt, cottage cheese, farmhouse cheese, and other small-batch dairy foods.
Oksana’s farmhouse kitchen adds naturally fermented sourdough bread, Irish scones, and old-world baking to the farm pantry, while the hens of the Chicken Village keep us supplied with farm-fresh eggs. Nothing is hurried, and nothing travels far from its beginning.
Irish Acres is also a place to experience. Families, couples, friends, and homeschool groups come for hands-on farm tours, meeting the Jersey girls, gathering eggs, and learning why a grass farmer pays such close attention to soil, pasture, and the quiet life beneath our feet.
We make in small quantities and do not ship. Please telephone before visiting to ask what is ready or to arrange your own farm experience.
